Damn Loco, thats absolutely stunning.
If I'm ever in NC, I'll have to check that out
The saga of my perhaps impending 'laying off' takes a new turn. Right before I went in myself to tell her what I'd decided, my manager comes to me and tells me there might be a ' loophole' that allows them to extend or provide a new contract for students. She would have to ask the Area Manager about it, who is at our office early coming week. If I get the same hourly pay, I might stay on for a while longer, but I think they understand that taking a hit in my salary is not acceptable to me... Technically, i'm not a student ATM either, since i'm not registered at college anymore and will only be active at the Universtiy of Amsterdam come September. I'll wait for whatever they come up with, and if it's not good enough, their loss.
So, looked at the tags, who did kaps vag stinks? lol and sister fister.
Take it easy on the food. Only eat soft or liquid things. You don't want any food particles to get stuck in the wounds. I found that out the hard way. I had some ice cream which had some nuts in it, and some of the nuts got stuck in a wound and I got an infection. Buy ice cream without chunky things in it!
You can eat ice cream, yogurt, thin or clear soups, bullion soups, jello, consomme', vegetable or fruit juice, even health shakes or protein drinks. Again, keep rinsing with epsom salts religiously and you be good to go again in less than a week.
Found a little shop specialized in Surinamese food. They had the spicy peanut butter. Currently eating the best sammich evah. *nods*
You really have a thing for Surinamese food.
Blah, I've a mountain of hmwk to do and I am beyond capable of doing anything remotely productive. I'm quickly running out of stuff to do and while I do want to get my **** done, I am physically too drained to do so. And I can't take naps, they don't help.
This junkmail distributing job really sucks...
Nope, I tend to stay away from foods that have African or Indian "background" because I'm not a huge fan of the spices used to give the foods colour/taste/smell. It comes from my deep, deep resentment of anything related to curry and the fact that I'm generally not that into spicy foods.
I prefer European foods though I'm always open to trying South American (I have GOT to try an Argentinian bbq) and/or Middle Eastern.
