Also, the indoor world of birds is very impressive. I have been to many, many zoos and the Bronx zoo is definitely high on that list.

There isn't too much in the surrounding area (outside Bronx Park)- mostly residential but you can get a subway back to Manhattan which is a good, long ride with many parts above ground so you get to see the city.

Coney Island is an interesting experience- it has a very particular, nostalgic feeling- you can ride the Cyclone rollercoaster or on the Wonder wheel and eat at Nathan's hotdogs.
    I'd say it is worthwhile.
I have to say the NYC metro is very easy to use, compared to for instance London or Berlin, but then again that's part of NYC.
Only downside is all the weird people that use it

Will definitely visit Bronx Zoo then, thanks for zhe tip.

I Would also love to go to North Brother Island or Hart Island but then again i don't want to end up in Rikers for trespassing

Q: How is your regional hero Basshunter doing? When will he run for king? and why do you all fancy him so much?

Thank you! I've always been interested in doing some reviews, might as well start now.

    And good morning Pocoloco.

I've spent half a day on the garden, but it looks no different.

Let me guess, you've got a English Garden, with grass that looks like it sprayed with Evian everyday

Well that's too bad. Go have a hearty lunch and see a film, maybe that'll cheer you up.

Don't you just hate it when you mess up the most basic and simple things? I just spent 30 mins explaining a meteorological report to an air force meteorologist and did it horribly wrong. I even forgot to realise that the temperature is given in a met report among other basic things. Feck!

He was on Big Brother in Sweden recently. And NO, we don't fancy him at all, the Brits do however. But kids in general have absolutely zero taste in music nowadays, thats why no-talenters like that appear everywhere.

And the Finns? What to say, they sure got their hockey team in order this year, absolutely destroying us in the final, but as a Swede I'm glad the Finns rather then the Czechs or God forbid the Canadians won.

As long as planes don't start plunging from the sky, I'm happy
