Ive never thought about that. Never thought you should drink or not drink before sauna.
I'm going to drink atleast a little bit of water for sure. Same as if i was going to work out. Question is if bigger amounts (~1 liter) are good or not.
I can cope with high temperatures quite well, even if it's humid. First time i was in a sauna (more than ten years ago i think) i spent more time in it than other, regular users. I still felt quite well, but they always asked me to leave when it's going to become uncomfortable.
If you don't have birch branches, you'll need to find something else to flagellate yourself with, but... in Germany, I bet such stuff are sold on every street corner.![]()
So I was in the middle of reading the HELP ME THIS IS SERIIOUZ thread and it got deleted. Can anyone give me the short story version? I got to the I am from Norway part.
Hopefully it ended with him moving in with his uncle and auntie in Bel Air.
Njet, it's your turn this time. It's friday, you forgot?
I actually know three different people who have saunas in their houses here in Idaho and one in Minnesota. Personally, i think I'd rather have one outside where I can practice the hot/cold interplay.... Then again, the indoor one is more private and more convenient....
Luckily, Idaho is the US state with the most hot springs! A hot dip in a scenic pool during snowy weather is a great feeling.
Just remember: What happens in the sauna...
