My work computer crapped out. I gotta wait till this afternoon, before somebody comes in and fixes it.

I love it when the ladies take over the bar. I wish I'd been here last night.

It sucks to be the boss today.

I got a pretty bad anonymous customer complaint for a rush hour one of my shift managers didn't handle very well. I feel like this is one of those times I want to turn around, point a finger and say "this is your fault" but I can't. I can't even respond to the customer, I just have to sit here and mull over the accusations, and try not to think too hard on the fact that someone out there feels sorry for my employees and thinks I'm a ****ty boss.

Why don't you speak with the shift manager?

A noose around their neck, naked standing on a block of ice, with the fan on... tends to make them recant their complaints most of the time.

Ahhh, MIG is frustrating as hell too. Ive gone through two test plates because I get lack of fusion on the root pass. I could go on lol.

I did, I did. I plan on taking this up again in my next staff meeting to make sure it doesn't happen again.

How have you been doing? Should I expect to take a boat to Stockholm to meet you any time soon?

You're in charge, not the nicotine.
