Sometimes I like a bowl of Greek yogurt with fruit in it after a work out too. It has a lot of protein and tastes good enough to feel reward like.
Sounds good actually, its my diet thats the issue in my work out so I just what i intake but am not to strict on it. I try to control the alcohol though since its a double whammy. Calories and stops fat absorption.
Indeed. I have far more will power in the gym than I do the kitchen.
True that. Im just too lazy to keep on cooking up something just to have a proper nutrition. My sis plans out the entire meal based on what my bro in laws diet is, see's it as a challenge on what ingredients to use to keep things interesting.
Speaking of the internets(segway :P) I just got an email from my Academic Writing lecturer. Passed the course with a 8.05/10 average. Further proof that I am a genius.
