Ha, just read an article about German authorities trying to investigate a neo nazi group a few years back.
Turns out that 12 of the only slightly over 100 members were undercover agents / informants from The Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution, The Bavarian Office for the Protextion of the Constitution, the Thuringian Office for the Protection of the Consitution and the military counter espionage secret service MAD for the fun of it. That's 10% of all members of that group ^^
