I still hold the argument that running is easy for lil skinny blokes (such as yourself) wait until you are lugging around to much weight and then tell me it's easy I am on 88kg (DFR Scales) which is a pain to run around with at my height.

Yeah, it doesn't help being short like you. DFR scales put me at 69.3kg, 180cm but like I said I mantain I've got better on both parts. Anyway, it is no good being skinny if I am just naturally unfit and have to work hard to get to a decent level.

I believe there is also a freeze reflex to go with fight or flight. I suppose it might work if you are cammed up.

Yeah, you never know. Of course, it isn't like it is good for these things to drag out, but for my personal, misguided, 18 year old male point of view, it can be at times.
