Not really, its a PvP battleground. They will meet just as many enemy players at about the same level.
They gotta burn some objectives before killing the enemy boss, while they try to prevent the enemy from doing the same.

It used to be alot of fun, and competetive... now its just gimped and made extremly easy to complete the NPC parts.

Back in the days when you could summon giants and flying NPC's... those were the days. Could take 6 horus before you finnished one, now the kids throw a tantrum if its not done in 20min.


also worth noting that they remade it a bit in favour of Horde not to long ago...

Not really it was in favour of the horde before they changed it, our spawn zone was further up close to Galv. Now its all the way at the bottom. I agree with the fact that AV used to be way way more fun before it became a "Honour per minute/match" fest than a battle ground. But we both know that its a waste of time to grind any other BG because even if you lose in AV you get more than a win in , WSG, AB, EOTS and with a win you get more honour than a win in all three combined.

My God, what a blast from the past, indeed! Those two games occupied a whole bunch of my time in the 90's. Terrible acting in the cut scenes, but wicked non-stop action.

Having a bit of an epic season. In the FA Cup semi-final, Champions league Quarter-final and having a title race with Arsenal. In the past 3 seasons I have won the UEFA Cup twice, then won the Champions league last year and this would be my first League title with QPR if I can keep the Gooners at bay. Either way, it'll break the dominance of Manchester, as Utd have won 7 of the last 9 seasons and City won the other 2.

And my next match... away to Arsenal.
