Lol, a Bioshock MMO? How would that even work? Splicers vs. Big Daddies PvPing in cramped tunnels...there are much better series to turn into an MMO. I would say Fallout but it already has one in development...
I just checked what the dates were on all of them...the last one came out in fudgin 98, I was 7 and had better things to do then play videogames like play soccer and do something physical.

I'm no certain but in schools I think size 3 is the size when your that age. I checked Size 3 is the official size for under 8 so while those games were coming out It would have been mostly size 3 then a bit of 4at that age i played with a size 5
