I've gotta say I love it when you play a tier 2 tank and you occasionally get put in a game full of tier 1's its hilarious watching their shells just bounce off.

Graphics are pretty good and I like it. The publisher "City Interactive" was formerly known for the "Terrorist Takedown" series and compared with that, Sniper is great. The AI could be a bit smarter, the campaign longer and leveldesign more open, but for fun playing it's cool. The bullet cam is awesome.
IMO the sneaky/sniping parts are good, the COD ripoff levels are bad. All in all it's okay, I guess.
