Damn it...playing as Chosokabe I conquered the island and made my way towards Kyoto. One of my early cities rebelled and the rebel army has conquered almost all my territory since I didn't have enough garrisoned troops anywhere. Probably just going to start a new campaign.

What's your early tech tree? I conquered Iyo, but ATM i have a relatively weak economic footing. Certainly not enough to expand hugely in the military sense.

I just conquered the island so now i'm focusing on the economic/social tree and slowing down military spending. I tend to keep 1 yari and 2 bowmen in each city, double that in my capital with the Diamyo.

My problem is that Tosa only produces enough food to sustain the Daimyo's Stronghold and Iyo is not productive. My economy is importing more than it is exporting, even after i upgraded lumber capacity and the port.

BAF and RsOne just double teamed me. Turns out not even the Coldstream guards can hold against 94.3% of the entire Dutch population charging them. Especially when Prussian Grenadiers are preventing me redeploying units to help in the melee.

Also yes. Imams, inquisitors etc are all very annoying. Mostly because I cant be arsed managing all my own spies/princesses/priests etc. Thats why Empire/Napoleon are good for me, because there's generally a more limited number of them.

Do anyone know good strategy guide for Medieval 2? I never played the series, and I have some problems with managing battles :P
