Is there a "scrap all units" in Supreme Ruler? I have hundreds of old units I don't need but deleting them by hand is tedious and boring.

I couldn't care less about CoD and other military-FPS's and I did play BF2 and 2142 to death, but honestly, BF3 doesn't look that much better than a Bad Company 2 which is a good fun, but nothing groundbreaking. Even though my PC will probably run BF 3 on highest settings( maybe with AA turned off) and I am a bit of a graphix whore, doubt I'll put that much time in BF3. And there is a single-player campaign, I'd prefer it wasn't there. Oh, and I can't buy it on Steam.

Meanwhile in trenchcoatland( if you don't know what game it is - thats good).

There should have been thousands. Especially in Stalingrad.
That's exactly what I like about BK and it's relatives. In RTS games like CoH you could have Tiger tanks pound away at infantry for minutes without doing much damage. Absolute bull****.

Which is one of the reasons I'm not too hot for the game. I've noticed Pz4's hitting Shermans point blank time and time again without brewing up the tank. Aren't there any mods out there that increase the damage hit points to a better level?

corrupt and I had a friendly match of Napoleon TW earlier.. with him playing the British and me the Prussians.

we were playing on a village map with the village being devided by a small river in the middle.
the British moved forward and soon took the first building before stoping at their side of the river bank, while I stayed on the hill overlooking the village.

My Prussian rocket artillery soon began raining fire on those British troops.

While I concentrated on destroying the British forces in the village with artillery fire, they tried to flank me.
Some cavalry coming from the east attacked me rocket artillery and destroyed it bevore i could intervene.
At the same time the British also tried to flank me from the west by moving to infantry regiments through a nearby forrest.
Luckily this did not go unnoticed and I sent in my cavalry which massacred them.

What followed was a longer artiller exchange by our cannons. Here you can see the hole the British punched into my lines.

After a while I moved into the village as well with both of us occupying two buildings on our sides of the river:

Some of my heroic cavalry moved in and sacrificed themselves to take out the British artillery.

The British tried to use the oppoertunity and again tried to flank me - this time from the east. An infatry regiment as well as a heavy cavalry unit tried to cross a second bridge there.
But I left two infrantry regiments with my cannons on top of the hill... and the cavalry was wiped out completely while the British infantry fled into a nearby building which soon was shelled by my cannons... until the British again retreated to the other side of the river and stayed there until the end of the battle.

But the village itself already was destroyed with black smoke coming from several buildings - especially on the Prussian side of the river that had been hit hard by British cannons.

Soon enough though the British were decimated to only two remaining regiments... as espcially the failed flanking did cost them too many troops to stage a counter attack.

The last remaining infantry regiment of the British was staning on its side of the river at the foot of a hill at the outer skirts of the village. Two of my regiments moved in aimed at the British from two sides... they quickly were reduced to a few soldiers that ran for their lives.

And so the Prussians won the battle for this village against the British
