I tried to get Diablo 3 today at Media Markt which is about the biggest retailer of electronics we have in Germany (and probably Europe, too). Guess what? It's sold out nationwide.

Still sold out? What the ****? Is amazon still sold out, too? I got my copy at a "Medimax" store on release day. You can also still buy and download it directly from Blizzard, if you don't bother with DVDs and hard copies.Originally Posted by muck

Dishonored gameplay. Seems interesting, like the atmosphere.
I even considered getting a downloaded copy from Gamesload but it's sold out there, too! I cannot hope to understand how they could possibly run out of... well, downloads?!
Blizzard only provided limited numbers to Amazon and even download portals (keys) - especially in case of downloads though it smells like artificial shortage => see its sold out everywhere.. its a big success.
I suspect Blizzard would rather sell more copies than a empty PR claim..If there is an artificial key shortage, it's probably because they don't want to overload their content servers.
Oh boy. You're probably right. Now I can't believe I actually woke up with the intention to spend fifty bucks on that.
I enjoy it, but I got it on disc specifically because I anticipated downloading it during launch would be a ginormous clusterfvck.
Max Payne 3 is still downloading for me and I started it yesterday. Thanks, Time-Warner.
