The somali pirate bus was fun to drive around in yesterday!

We also was in zernogorsk, found some people there that we killed that was inside the store. All of us didn't suffer any casualties so its good we all survived. Got some new loot out of it to, all i need now is a coyote backpack. The somali pirate bus is still there so more adventures it will be today.

New Heist. Break in, get the blood sample from the guy in quarantine, get out. Seems simple enough

Well...this sure is a significant level of quarantine

Oh well lets get on with doing the job

And these corridors look oddly like corridors in another game which featured four people. I'm sure I've waited for this lift before

And these masks look oddly familiar too...

The police have pulled back and they're sending in the army, while hitting the hospital with missiles? Thats an entirely proportional and not at all ominous response to us trying to escape with a sample of a virus

I have seen more ghillie suits in DayZ in the past 3 days then in all the time I have played til now. they are everywhere now... on the up side was in Cherno (respawn after by sniped...again) and I found an M67 frag. 4 survivors pulled up to the hospital in a truck and started shooting at my buddy so i tossed it and got three of em , he got the last and now we have some great gear.

    Mix of both.

I don't hate America. You just didn't have a cool new mask to show off coz you're a tight bastard who doesn't own L4D. I need to stick up picks from previous heists now you mention it.

I have a cool American flag mask. Because nothin says freedom like robbing a bank with a machine gun (I wonder where all that ammo comes from...), killing 400 cops, and starting the zombie apocalypse while wearing a mask with the Amercian flag on it. See, you just hate freedom.

I enjoyed it, gameplay is well basically non-existant, but the soundtrack and the narrative were great. Soothing experience.

Now gonna finally move onto Bontanicula or Machinarium

Haven't played that in forever. Any good?

Also, I can add you on Steam if you want to team up.

I actually wonder, why no one makes a simulation game based on armed citizen or patrol officer? like a force on force trainer on computer?
it could be like SWAT series, but focus on less intense situation.

every scenario could be randomly generated with control variables.

one scenario could involve with home invasion with breaking glass in the earlier morning, player plays as an armed home owner with a handgun and flashlight
There are unknown number of intruders, armed with unknown weapon and unknown intention. (could be from just visiting wrong door to assassination against player)

Mission: determine the possibility of home invasion. if attackers present, repeal them to protect the family before police arrives.
    Enemy: unknown number, weapon, intention.
Terrain: a common two stories house
    weather: pitch dark early morning
Troops: you and your partner, armed with a handgun and flashlight. addition weapons stored in the living room. (you have to decide if want to reach the safe, but risk to expose yourself halfway)
Civilians: two kids of yours, in another bedroom (so you need to decide if relocate them to master bedroom)

    player has to decide,
    - wants to call police first,
    - would barricade main bedroom or search the house.
    - should get the shotgun/rifle from the locker (on the other side of the house, so there is a risk from crossing the building)

if encounter the targets, player has to determine if targets present a threat, and if warning is issued.
when police arrived (if called, or shots were fired), what should player do/say to police.

other scenarios could involve with armed assault on street, shooting in mall, car jacking, bank robbing and others
in each scenario, player must assess the situation, determine if he/she should engage the targets or retreat.
there are different variables in each scenario, you could start with different reasonable weapons, have a partner (another armed citizen/police) or liability (e.g kids)

so if the scenario is armed robbery, but you only got a knife, and have two kids with you. then the better choice is to retreat instead of engage.
the goal of the game is to survive each encounter and avoid legal persecution

I am sure it could be an interesting game....and very useful training aid.

SWAT was already quite slow paced for the mass market despite being a good game.
Now replace hostage takings and terrorists with something less intense.. and you know why no one made it
