Been playing a game called The Battle for Wesnoth. A fun little free fantasy strategy game. These shots are from a game I played on a map I created. They're a bit out of order so a few descriptions to help out;
1) Reinforcements move up to the front.
2) The last dwarf in the rearguard dies surrounded by my orc warriors and a few from my human ally.
3) Just after I pushed the dwarfs back behind the mountain range after very heavy fighting.
4) The dwarf rearguard engages my southern assault force inside dwarven territory. They held out until the game ended (the last guy dying 2 turns before the king died which ended the game).
5) The end game statistics. You can see how big of a pain those bearded heathens are. 106 KIA to 86 kills.

I downloaded this after seeing your post because I like strategy RPGs...this one had promise until I realized it has a turn limit and you automatically fail...is there a cheat to remove the limit?
Well I hope you like it. I'm enjoying it quite a bit myself.
And there is no cheat, instead you can make the turns unlimited. I don't think this works in campaigns though, but for multiplayer and single player vs AI games it can be done. I only made a turn limit for my game because the map is really big and I didn't know how long the game would last haha. When you play you can turn off the preset map preferences and make it unlimited if you do the skirmish mode. It's in the local player section when you click on multiplayer.
I am done playing STO for now, maybe I'll restart my subscription when there have new stuff and new rank levels for me to reach.
