I tried it never found it much fun, I like the tank games more focused on realism I guess. It's not particularly engaging either requiring little to no skill or thinking and is very repetative once youve played all 5 maps.

They added a bunch of maps so that has become less of a annoyance, they also made auto-aim useless and as you progress in the game you will see more tactics, instead of a bunch of little tanks driving around creating one big chaos.

I've taken quite a long break from WoT but started playing it again recently and it's a lot of fun.

SPG's are retarded. I easily average with 2 kills per battle with my ****ty StPz II. Plain stupid especially when I'm rolling in my KV and am getting my tracks blown off by a f'n Bison. 5 times in a row which get's me killed in the end.

Same here. I played the game for all of two days and then deleted it. If you want ww2 tank battles go on one of the tank servers from Red Orchestra.

Bollocks, no idea if my computer will run it. Set up for heavy photo editing and seismic data recording.

6GB RAM, 1GB mid range graphics card, i5 processor etc etc etc (dunno much about computers if I'm honest, had a friend advise me).

OA is pretty good.

BAF' expansion's not really that worthwhile a purchase IMO; the addons aren't particularly accurate and the campaign is a bit lacklustre. Some decent single player missions though. RKSL, P:UKF and PR mods have so far, and will continue to do better British Armed Forces addons than BIS, for free.
