Put a red dot sight on a Semi Automatic Sniper Rifle in BC2, use it like the "battle rifle" concept of yore. Rush enemies with it asif you're an assault. Get many kills and be accused of hacking. Lolz ensue...

I used to to that 8-9 years ago, but now I know people in the industry, one of them is amongst us. RomanS. I don't pirate games. And so I guess I was stupid to think games get tested before they get released.

I dont know why you have so many problems. The only problem I had when I first got oblivion was my computer couldnt handle it. Fallout NV has crashed once.

Yeah I'm with Kingswat, what ever problems your having must either be a problem with the software or hardware on your computer. I've had Oblivion since 2005 and it still works like a charm (even if my computer doesn't). Like King, when I first got OB I couldn't run it due to a crappy old graphics card (Gforce 5200 FX baby). Slapped in a new graphics card and ram and it ran like butter, thats on an old AMD 2200.

I don't know, but the ****ing game developers should be able to throw me a bone to help me fix the issues. I mean I don't have a ****ing box store computer. 2 gigs GPU, 4 Gigs DDR Ram, 4 Core Processor.

As far as I can tell it's my graphics card tbh. I'm not blaming Beth (far from it, I'm a big fan of their Elder Scrolls series) for putting out a shoddy product, I just am frustrated that my comp, which I got around '09 can't run Oblivion. I'll probably try again if I have the time and put everything on low but I think I'll have to wait till summer, when I get a job and purchase a graphics card for my computer.

What kind of video card is it? 2 gigs doesn't mean anything, some companies put out low-end video cards with 2 gigs of memory.

For example here is a bad card with 2 gigs

Here is a much better high end card with only 1 gig

most of my problems with pc games crashing and whatnot were solved when I switched from a ATI to an NVIDIA card.
Bethesda games still like to crash though because they're just buggy.
And they'll stay that way as long as enough people buy them anyway.

I do this myself. If I don't like it, or it doesn't work that well, uninstall and just don't buy. Since yes, you can't return games anymore. LAME.

It's even harder finding them in stores. I've only recently started using Steam. I also have Impulse from Stardock but hardly use it tbh.

Ha TBF though if had been like that with BC2 or even BF2 I'd have never bought them as I hated them both at first but I got to like them over time...
