Hating the fact that i had to spend 4 complete days, removing all the asbestos tape, from all the central heating pipes. Nasty crap. The local guys wont touch it for under 2 grand. And now i dont kno here to get rid of all the stuff.

It wont matter anyway, i put in my 2 weeks notice in light of the coming shipping date. A months rest should be good, catch up with the family, focus on my training (knowledge/physical), i also got to tie up a few issues with friends and family that ended in terms i dont like. I hate my job.
Wow, those guys sound like a bunch of di*ks. Sounds like when I was working at McDonald's, they've wanted me to work even despite I was sick as a dog. I came up there and they send me home.

I guess, lying doing nothing but to rest is more head cracking than headache.

Just drink copious amounts of water, take plenty of breaks and try to blink as often as possible. Also pinch the skin between your thumb and index finger until you find the spot that hurts, you will feel the tension release from your head

I thought pinching the thumb and index finger is only applicable to toothache....just kidding. Anyway, thanks for the advice. I didn't know that drinking water could help me on my headache.

Works for headaches too Generally a headache is caused by dehydration, re-hydrating can sometimes help ease the discomfort.
