When my kid was 18 months, we'd hang out with parents who were letting their year and a half year olds suck down a pepsi. F*cking nuts. It really had nothing to do with weight and size at the time,though soda and candy will enlarge them at some point, but it's murder on their emotional state.

My neighbours and local police!

The other night my neighbours starting fighting in the streets , throwing stuff at the passing cars and smashing everything they could get their hands on.....they even smashed the window out of my car!

When I suggested the police response was poor (the incident happened at 2230 and they didn't arrive until 1530 the next day), they suggested I take it into my own hands next time, but on the way out I should call 911 in case there is more than one that wants to fight....ohh and bring a bat!

Brilliant, the local law enforcers are suggesting I turn vigilant, which would be all good except my and kids don't always have me here to protect them.
