    The two pics from the top are the U.S. Safeguard ABM system (decommissioned), the pyramid like structure is the phased array radar.

    The third pic is the X-band ballistic missile early warning phased array radar made by Japan called FPS-XX, designed and built by Japan Defense Agency's Technical Research & Development Institute and soon to be operational.
