The subject of this video is the son of Mamdouh Habib who is an independent candidate in the upcoming New South Wales (a state of Australia) elections. He was a former Guantanamo inmate. He was released having been found to be more of a **** head than a terrorist. It was also found he was on an Australian disability pension while he was trekking around Afghanistan and Pakistan which he was made to payback.

He also received a large payment from a media organization for his story and was not at all happy to have to pay tax on that income. He also said he was looking to move oversea perhaps to Pakistan because he felt it was a better place to bring up his children than here in Australia.

Anyway his son was pulled over by the police for talking on a hand held mobile phone which is an offense. When the police drove off they ran over his foot which was captured by his friends camera phone.
