Sixth pic from bottom is a Pinzgauer, not a Landie.

You can't beat the good old rover, I know there are a lot of all singing all dancing wagons out there now but for straight forward simplicty and ease of maintenance/operation they don't come much better. I've posted these before but thought you might want to see them again.

In the past we had the old defenders, but i like the new one. Now we are getting a copy from Santana ( i think it is a branch of Land Rover, or at least it was)

6 - wheeler is not a landrover product I think its a centaur built under license for the Aussies (Ill check later) Land rover dont make six wheelers, There is a 4WD pinzgauer in the 40 commando picture. Pinzgauers are.... different. higher no bonnet, central drive train, independant wishbone suspension, central difflock

The Santana company are a spanish company that dont make coil over spring vehicles, they bought a lisence to manufacture from Land Rover in the late 70's. There vehicles are in fact closer in design to the SeriesIII and stage one 109's. all leaf sprung, no difflock etc.

Landrovers kick **** at what they are built for, they are wrongly compared with Humvees and this frequently makes for crap discussions, Suffice to say -They are the bogs Dollocks!

    (editted for being a mong)
