The SEK handels almost all national Hostage situation. Every state has its own SEK.

Basically GSG9 handles situations with terroristic Background, and SEK most crime related things. But GSG9 sometimes does crime related things too, to remain in training and so on.
In some terroristic scenarios, SEK are the first there because of shorter Distance.

I'm just talking about the gym and that thing they're hiding behind... The only cops we saw there were teaching us how to be carefull when riding a bike in urban traffic.
