not in this case. the local sheriff has finished their investigation. no alcohol was involved during the incident (although afterwards...). cheney got a warning to be more careful but no other action is to be taken (normal for this kind of thing).

there was one on jimmy kimmel with bugs bunny and the hunter and he shoots the sh** out of bugs bunny. Then there was one where michele kwan dropped out of the olympics due to injury and they did a remake on kimmel of her getting shot by cheny funny sh** late night had a field day.
Just got an update from CNN that the guy who got shot suffered "minor heart attack" when one of the shotgun shots lodged in his heart. Not good...
