He had a beer before the hunt and made himself a cocktail after shooting Wittington or whatever his name is so at least we know that Cheney does drink, even though he has a ****load of heart problems. Good for him.

no, bad for the victim. consider that cheney likely has to take medication for his heart condition. then consider how that medication would react with alcohol. then consider what that would do to his judgement (hell, there's already enough evidence of his bad judgement, and that's when he's presumably sober).
