Goose Bay is also a former air base of the German air force, which was closed in 2005. Did the Italiens overtake the base or do they already stay longer there?

no, like Germany and UK we've moved from Goose B. last year, probably we will move to Poland or Romania for our very low altitude training

Anyone who knows why they all left there, seemed to be really good training conditions there.

To clarify Avary's post (though it is spot on), the First Nations (Natives, Indians, Aboriginals, whatever they wish to be called at the moment) claimed that the Nato units practicing low-alltitude manuevers in the area were disrupting the natural habits of the wildlife, thus having a detrimental impact on their haversting of said wildlife.
