Makes me wonder who the other 6 candidates were...

I saw it. It was about a SF operation, KCT on land, Marines on land. First they observed, then they moved in.

KCT with parachutes and chinook, Marines by sea and later by air too.
    Not very special.

They also explained somethink about the new diemaco with rails and stuff. Pretty cool, it seems that the Commando's have got a lot of new stuff: MICH helmets, Modular vests, Safariland holsters al that crap.

    dutch...
Well, it was about a exercise involving KCT, and BBE(nowadays DSI-M)
You saw something about the planning, gear, final exercise. Very cool!! And a small part about Soldier Modernisation Program, they showed a tricked-out C7A1 with RIS, Aimpoint, Laser, Flashlight.. So, don't know when the "herhaling" will be, but you better watch it

Looks like i am wrong. Appears they are coming from stock the Aust Army already has, so they will be in the cammo we use. Until they are repainted!

Any one visited the WereldHaven dagen this weekend.

The Bushmaster looks en performs quite well i think, but isn't it a bit large and bulky. Obvious target, why not look at a smaller and lighter vehicle like the MOWAG EAGLE etc...?
