    Polish Soldiers all over the World.

    PKW SFOR in Bosnia nad Hercegovina,

    PKW stands for "Polski Kontyngent Wojskowy" ("Polish Military Contingent"), every PKW must be arpoved by President.

    military contingent in NATO's SFOR forces in Bosnia nad Hercegovina, consisting of two companies, belonging to Nordic-Polish Combat Group and personnel on various levels of combat group, which is 289 persons;

    KFOR - Kosovo Force

    Polish Military Unit in NATO forces in Kosovo (KFOR) - Yugoslavia. At the beginning, the contingent consisted of soldiers from 18th landing-assault battalion of 6th Landing-Assault Brigade from Bielsko-Biała.. Nowadays, soldiers from Polish-Ukrainian Peace Forces Battalion take part in it. The Battalion consists of 842 soldiers (545 Polish, 267 Ukrainian, 30 Lithuanian platoon);

    Wasn't the number in Kosovo reduced ? And ~~~~, where are your pictures from ?

    Are our soldiers in Golan Highlands using wz. 88 Tantal rifles?

    And has anybody ever seen polish soldiers in blue kevlar helmets, such as polish wz. 93 or wz. 2000? as I can see, in Golan Highlands they`re usyng older types (wz. 50?).

    What do you mean? Poland is a NATO country so all equipment that is used in Poland is NATO equipment Check these threads:
