Thanks. And what about squad/platoon leaders, signallers, RPG crew etc.? Do they use regular (long barrel) Beryls? On the pics of 25th Cavalery Bgde I've posted two days ago there are soldiers armed with PM-98 shown; is MiniBeryl supposed to take place of this submg?

Well pm98 is a machine pistol not smg afaik but mini beryl replaced all of remaining pm63 (im not sure here about replacing pm98 because there are still new ones being upgraded)
MiniBeryl is mainly used by crew as bcax said and by Military Police, rest uses regular beryls, but i may be wrong , i'm not an expert.

I haven't seen any pm's on mission so i think that they are being used only for training like akm's in other units, and then again i may be wrong.

Sako TRG's rock. Had a chance to fire that beast recently. The recoil is not that heavy as I thought.

You mean the name of the place or the actuall distance? They have that baby at Magnum Shooting Range in Poz, the distance was ridiculous for this rifle as it is only an indoor facility - 50 meters. I just wanted to fire couple of rounds and have to admit Sako's giving a lot of shooting fun. Will try to get to the open range when it gets warmer outside and I don't have to roll in the mud.

    I meant the place
CWKS Legia has a shooting range in Rembertow
you can try there various weapons, also Sako TRG.
the distance is 100 m but I was told at the same place there is another site where you can shot from 200 m. although I didn't check it.

200m is still not enough to test your shooting skills on a precision rifle. I would say with the Sako you start with 500m upwards.
P.S. Thx for the link. They seem to be very strict with who may use the range. The folks at Magnum are not so obsessed with showing your gun permit. Simple ID is enough.
...and now back to the thread.

    Probably. Or left-eyed.

BTW - this picture is good example to show problems with Polish weapon's modernization: Beryls and MiniBeryls have recived big sets of picatinny rails, but people responsible for this upgrade didn't find the reasons to make sling attach points avalible from both sides... It seems to be so simple and necessery; not for them...

It's not diffrent camo. There are only two variants of "pantera" camo: regular (woodland) and desert.
But both types can have a little diffrent editions: it depends on which fabric it was printed etc. And both variants have been changing slowly - colours are being adjusted etc.
