A file site made by a friend of mine, is pretty big and is my favorite because of a combination of the layout and function of the site.
Anyways it offers 500 MB space for signed up members as well as 50 MB maximum size limit and is of course free to register, not sure about if there is a bandwith limit (dont think so). Supports most file types.

Well I use www.photobucket.com and imageshak.us
But for my videos I use www.youtube.com
Photobucket is crap. Very low traffic allowed (not good here...), the pictures get deleted fast or are not visible.
There are definitely better alternatives listed here...
