Try corresponding to Channel 4: http://www.channel4.com/news/microsites/H/house_of_war/ they may be able to help.

Its also worth reading this interesting chat with Paul Yule, the director of the "House of War" documentary:

Not sure if this is the one you are looking for, but CFR did a video called The House of War. Unfortunately I'm not sure if we sell it at all any more. If this is the one you're looking for, though, let me know, and I'll be sure to ask around to see if we have any available.

    Description taken from http://www.combatfilms.com/films.asp

The House of War (Channel4/CNN, 2002) The House of War, an hour-long documentary from Emmy-award-winning director Paul Yule, is an insiders’ account of the Mazar-I-Sharif uprising in Afghanistan. Featuring previously unseen footage, The House of War reveals what really happened in the Qala-I-Jangi fortress, from the moment the first prisoner blew himself up with a hand grenade, through seven days of ferocious fighting, to the final surrender. www.channel4.com

EDIT: This is the same one grendel was talking about if that was the correct film. Also, I just noticed that this topic was 4 years old! Sorry to bring it back from the dead, but if by chance you see this, I hope it helps you!
