Thanks for the great pictures Patrick! Some remarks/comments:

so you say that is M109 is an A3 version? I took a picture of it in 2006 at the artillery School in Brasschaat.
The M109A3 has the same hull as the original M109 with the attachment points for the floatation kit. These are missing on the A2 model. Also, since all 40 existing M109A3's were sold in 1999, the vehicle you photograped in 2006 couldn't be an M109A3

    M108
Note that this is an M108A2BE, a combination of the M108 turret with the M109A2 chassis.

... don't know this one.... driver instruction Veh ???
Yes. Used to be in service in the Field Artillery School.

Older Unimog Type (still used in 2003)
    That's the S404B.

@ Callimero: Thx for the heads up & the info!

@vor33: are you in the military, 12/13 Li?! Nice pics of Sennelager (Apr 2006). When we went too Sennelager one month later we had much better weather. One question: the pics of the recce jeep's are not from 12/13 Li but from 2/4 ChCh!!

    Cheers

Hi Pat, No I am not in 12/13Li just very much a fan of Belgium (I love Bruges and the Ardenne) and its military

All the Sennelager photos are from the Regiments website photo gallery for the exercise including the Iltis Recce pics, so was just guessing that as the pics were from 12/13Li I thought the Recce pics were as well.

It took this picture in 2001 at the Belgian Army Training Area in Vogelsang (Eifel area in Germany). The Leopard hull and M75 carcass were put this way on an ATk firing range for LAW rockets.
The effects you see on the side of M75 carcass are from multiple impacts of LAW ATk rockets.

    Greetings

Training on the DF-30 will start soon, which is awesome, but I'll miss the "gamel"...

The fine men and women of the Belgian Navy frigate F931 Louise Marie returned from their deployment fighting pirates of the coast of Somalia and they made this movie during their free time on the ship, i think its pretty entertaining.
