In fact I don't believe there were that many norwegians in the balcans when it really was hot in 1992-1995?

In Iraq gun battles between the danish forces and insurgents are frequent. But it's a relatively quiet corner of Iraq, so it's not anything like house to house fighting in Falluja.
Gotcha. I've no doubt you guys have impressive training and weaponry...and your women soldiers are way hot....

I think you should appreciate the fact that Black widow has taken the time to share personal pictures of his.

What do you mean by wars? We have forces in Kosovo, Bosnia, Liberia, and Afghanistan. TheHombre has posted pictures from his deployment in A-stan.

According to one of my South African colleagues here in Kosovo the Norwegians are quite aggressive competent soldiers in battle as he was witness to during the March 2004 riots out here.
What I trying to get at here is that Scandinavians don't give me that impression that they're very hard and I'm yet to hear of any of their exploits on the battle field as I do with the Americans and Brits.
Your post comes off as quite arrogant. Why should it be "amazing"? Our government decides where to send Swedish troops, it's as simple as that.

As atiko said, SSG is a unit that has seen a fair bit of action these past couple of years. Regarding the Balkans, I suggest you read up on the massacre at Stupni Do.

This is no trick question buddy..just answer it without trying to be a smart ass. Also, I'm sure the original poster can talk for himself.

Yes, you should appriciate and be gratefull that people share their personal pictures with the community, if you're going to be an ass and answer people in a rude manner, then maybe you should think about the small effort people do to answer you politley.

    Don't be a ****, ****.

11 months for most, some do 15. After that you can sign up for 6 months of additional training aimed at peacekeeping.

Have the guts to show where i'm from.. Are you having a hard time reading?

Nice big words from a such a small mind.. Did it take you long to find the dictionary?

I'm going to say this one last time then just ignore you for the rest of the time while you whine about all the things that matter in your pity world.

No one was rude towards you, so why be rude and sarcastic towards people that offer a part of their experience, personal life and that are doing their best to enlighten you?

So please kid, (and no i don't give a **** about your age, even if your older then eleven your mind still seems stuck there) grow up and start treating people with respect.
