    It's tiny tiny because of course they want you to buy the damn thing. It's just a picture of a man looking all freaked out by a shot of vodka. In the upper left hand corner it says "nyet!"

    This looks like a poster from 1939 - when Soviets invaded Eastern Poland that had large ukranian population - under the guize of uniting ukranian people back together and taking back some land lost in WWI (of course, Poland was divided in half by the non-agression pact). Thus, the russian soldier, in the pre-war helmet, crossing the Soviet border and gets molested by a man in traditional ukranian getup...

    Now, I'm puzzled by the art direction of this poster - hasn't Breznev started all the kissing, or has their been kissing going on in Stalin's era?
