It occurred to me while responding to a boot question that my Palladiums are about shot. Does anyone have an internet source for them?
Thanks!![]()

Done.
BTW thanks for the actiongear info!
I was actually looking at a pair of those boots, I like the look but how do they work out for ya?
Real palladiums last and last. You will have a tough time wearing them out. They are good in just about every environment other than cold/wet. They're sorta like tennis shoe combat boots.
Who makes these boots:

hehe an australian TERRA GP combat Boot... kidding
Is it issued by army or it's a private purchase?
They're made by terra and they are issued kit.
I rarely see photos of the IDF in boots other than standard black or brown para issue. Is it strict policy not to wear other than issue? Are there preferred brands or other country issue boots commonly worn? I'm particulalry interested in cold weather wear as well.
In most common IDF units regular black or brown/red boots are the standart boots.Originally Posted by slobo

You can see the boots in the pic.
Boots UoUo posted are popular among French and Israel waterborne units, they're fairly simple made of canvas and rubber with some cork inserts. In my opinion better for wet-ops than US jungles. Once I think I've seen some SEAL guy wearing such boots.
I think French call them patagues (sp?) and they come in two varieties - higher and lower.
