Nice pictures of Russian hardware. Thanks for posting.
does anybody have additional information about this armoured truck?
Looks like the russians are quickly catching up with the west with those armored jeeps and trucks! Good stuff, I like it a lot!
The Gaz looks a lot like the Iveco and the DT10PM looks like a heavier version of the Bsv10 all terrain vehicle series. The "Vepr" chassis looks wicked
btw; "earth pressure" is ground pressure![]()
Which Gaz looks like Iveco? There are many in that thread.Originally Posted by Frost

I wounder where I can buy one of those trucks. I know they sale to anyone
Cool stuff you've got there Asch. Do you have any more info on that GAZ Tigr vehicle? Is it already getting into production? Thanks.
yes, Tigr is oficially accepted as transport vehicle for MVD OMON/OMSN units. i have no info about how many already built for them. also there is a Armed Forces order, and i hear that active army branches (motorized inf, SF) get first Tigrs in november-december.
not much. 260hp diesel, BTR suspension, length 6500mm, width 2700mm, height 2650mm, the botom is proyected by angled armor plates (anti-mine), can drive in 1.5m deep water. can transport up to 9 people.Originally Posted by Sorbas2000
