Tell him that millions of people died in Russia trying to fight communism and many millions more had to live under it without particularly enjoying it.

So thank you but no thank you.
Criminals are criminals because they don't follow the law. No manner of AWB or weapons restrictions will change that fact. Since we're tossing out GSW numbers.. where's my trusty "9000 times more likely to die on the operating table than by a firearm" statistic...

Well this picture is more mildly amusing than hilarious funny.
    Scene:
A military parade is being arranged to celebrate the upcoming wedding of Crown Prince Frederik and Mary Donalson.
The area is secured by police and alomost every available Special force soldier in the kingom.
A bunch of 'Frømænd' (danish naval seals) roams around in a fast RIB in the harbor, when suddenly a tiny home-made submarine surfaces uncomfortably close to the royals.
He was promply escorted out of the harbor, you could almost hear the curses 200 yards away

I only wished to tell, that in Russia the weapon is poorly accessible to citizens. In Russia people have not enough weapon. And I consider, that it of that our leaders trust us insufficiently.

    Yes they don't.
Afaik there was a ban on drinking alcohol in public places in Russia recently?
If I'm right then its because some drunks can't behave everybody is forbidden to drink in public places.
Yes its unfair for people who know how to act responsibly but firearms are more dangerous so it sometimes might be in your own interest if not everybody has them - that's my point.

I'm all for owning firearms - but only if there are at least background checks and psychological checks involved - and best if there were lectures and firearms training at school again.
One question about whether civilian people - who don't live in warzones - need the firepower of military assault rifles remains though.

    sorry for off topic

Civilians that are not currently in a warzone need adequate firepower(via military assault rifles) just in case one day our world is taken over by target paper...

Don't be so harsh, Maybe he should have titled it "The Billary White House".
Bad joke, but somebody put a lot of work into the image.
