    I don't think those are shooting sticks, you can see the copper for electrical connection. maybe an antannae?

    Probably an improvised support using attenas. Looks like they're being held together by a strip of electrical tape or something.

    Regardless of what he's using to support that shot, I still wouldn't want to be on the receiving end when the trigger gets pulled.
