Can someone give me info on the SSM tubes near the bridge that a lot of the Indian ships have? What kind of missile do they fire? They look almost like oversized Harpoons.

These weapons are 3M-24E( NATO CODE: SS-N-25 SWITCHBLADE)AShm. The Russians name it as harpoonski as they are more than equivalent to the American Harpoons. There are 16 of these missiles mounted on the DELHI Class on KT-184 launchers and can be ripple fired at 2-3 seconds interval. They have a range of 130km with a speed of 0.9Mach and 145kg warhead
At a later date Delhi Class will be retrofitted with the land attack version of this missile known as 3M24E1 Uranium AShM

Ah, thanks for the info. I wasn't sure if they were an indigenous Indian weapon or if they were Soviet.
