That is a Hydration Pack..

Thanks for the info on the sight. Hydration pack was my first guess but look closely there is no tube coming out for the user to drink water and there is no refill cap. If you look closely, it looks a lot different from any sort of hydration pack. I'm positive that this is not a hydration pack.
