    I get a feeling that the Navy has gone on a PR overdrive on MarCos after 2008. Their pictures were some of the rarest commodity back then.

    The only thing that seems unreasonable in all that is the helmet mounted display, rest all seems very doable and urgently needed.

    Totally agree, But under FINSAS these are mandatory..

    The present model is just perfect, Its light weighted and good for mobility..

    All these equipment are available ( Cant say about Shoes ) and can be produced in country under license for quick deployment, Once deployed it will tank no less than 5 years to reach in every Regiments..

    Its not necessary to induct this only in 2020 but can be way faster..

    Arrow Israeli Counter Terror opearatives now trains CRPF..



    CRPF trained via Army and now getting trained by Israeli CT operatives, They will inherit the best of both..

    They also trained Mumbai Police Force 1..

    Useless expenditure huh? Maybe you should watch the thread from the beginning, how many shoeless soldiers have you seen so far? Talking like an idiot is easy, this very same useless expenditure is important for 21 st century combat... Maybe you should think before opening your mouth

    Bharat is our mate here mate, He too is frustrated about present condition like rest of us..

    Kunal, i didn't see the iPad like system that is worn on the wrist ... IIRC, it was in the original plan... Any idea about that?
