It is a war cry/dance done by the New Zealand native people - the Maoris - which was formerly a war cry, and is now ceremonial - always performed by their rugby team The All Blacks.
Apologies to any Kiwis if I'm not 100% on here and please put me straight.

Pardon my swedishisation but what is a lembeth dance? But since it's in a rugby game, I'm guessing mooning.
Last part of the dance looks like the part in anchorman, when the go suit shopping.
It's a challenge. Nothing more, nothing less.
