    interesting....but dont you think the bad guys would too, have upgraded arms? or atleast act alittle smarter....hmmm

    sort of remined me the end of "behind enemy lines" where the serbs had bmp and tanks but never fired at the helis...

    It's interesting, however, as has been mentioned on this forum before it could be a double edged sword.

    IMHO I think that gathering the information (UAVs, UGVs & other ISTAR assets etc) may in fact be the easy part. Filtering it and getting the relevant bits to the relevant people will be the hard part. Too much information (for lower level commanders) can be as much of a hindrance as an asset. As the old saying goes sometimes ignorance can be bliss !

    What's that...a South African robot? LOL If it really was an actual robot South Africa could definitely use something like that. Or imagine a number of those patrolling the streets of Baghdad or for that matter any of those high crime/high violence areas of the world. Less casualties and the criminals would surely think twice. Not very many would be too enthused of going against a killing machine that has perfect targeting capabilities, more endurance, no need to sleep-eat-drink, no fear or morale issues, no pain...etc.
