Here are some I found around the Internet of the TacPat 5.11 Woodland Pattern. Very cool looking and seems fairly effective.

Yes, the fabric is definitely different as this uniform also allow the soldier to be less visible at night to IR detectors. I have seen pictures of this new uniform in use as compared to the older uniform, definitely offers better camouflage in the field.
But old timers like us will comment that this uniform will not look as good during parades.![]()
Here are a few more I found searching the web. A little more unusual:
Indian Digi Camo and two of the new Turkish Digi Camo.

It would be great if we could get the old BDU in the universal camouflage pattern. I thought they were more comfortable and the lack of velcro was nice. Also anyone know if the black ACU's are mil spec? thinking about getting some for work.
There's a good review of the 5.11 Tactical digi-woodland TDU here: http://strikehold.wordpress.com/2008...%e2%80%9d-tdu/
I dont get it? Whats the point of only "Plixelising" standard "Nato pat" camo? The point of Digi camo is the variety of pixels and color over color, that form an more effective camouflage, even at closer ranges, and blend better into the environment...
No offence, but this looks like standard camo to me.
