    Hi corran, nice pics!

    Do you have pics of the polish AF exercising landing and take off from highways? I know when Germany still had its MIGs they used to exercise that together.

    No, AFAIK Polish Air Force stooped using road airstrips in early 90s.

    We have lots of abandoned Airfields (including one used by Soviets stationing in Poland).

    Hmm.... what should I post next? More combat jets (Su-22M4, F-16C/D)? Tansport aircrafts (An-26, C-295M, M-28)? Trainers (PZL-130, TS-11)?

    no mate we trained on roadstrips till like 2002 or 2004 up until 1993 we used DOL Września and later DOL Kliniska

    You are probably right, but you must admit that role of DOLs was marginalized.

    yes we don't need them anymore, in case of bigW our AF can operate from for egzample Germany if we loose all airstrips, we are in NATO so number of airfields to rebase our planes is realy big.
