Cool Nice weather = grilled food

Took advantage of the beautiful warm weather and did some grilling! Nothing beats ribs... and they just seem to taste better when you grill them yourself!

Before, with dry rub, marinated overnight (salt, garlic, paprika, coriander, dill, red & black pepper)

On the grill with a layer of sauce homemade BBQ sauce.

    Almost done...

    In the pan!

Dinner! Homemade macaroni and cheese as well... with brussels sprouts, which I am usually not a fan of; but these were fresh not frozen ones, so they actually weren't too bad. They were in the fridge and needed to be used up before they got all wilty. Plus the dog likes them, so they'll get eaten one way or another. I had already started slicing up the ribs when I took this one, hence the gunk on the knife.
