It's because of the horse meat ,which dried with different spices it takes a strong bloody flavor. For this reason I always prefer the fresh one .

I will be experimenting on live burgers tonight.

If these experiments are successful I may hand out the recipe.

Last night, started with some kind of avocado crostini and a caesar. I had Tagliatelle with an awesome mushroom sauce (Hen of the woods I think) and some mascarpone that I shared with someone along with a very nice Almond Pesto. Ended with a cappuccino with suggestive milk heart in the middle.

It was glorious, more or less. But it needs some improvements.

One red onion, one yellow/white onion, one green pepper, one red pepper. Cut them into into very small pieces and keep a few slices on the side for later.
Take the meat and mix it with the previous preparation to make steaks.
Dip them in some: Jack Daniels+ Tabasco+ Soy Sauce.
Cook them in a frying pan with the onions and peppers from earlier, and a few slices of bacon.

Meal while prepare the bread, toast it just a little bit then put it in the oven the with the cheese on it.

Now you go: bread with cheese + bacon + onions + pepper + steak + onions + pepper + pickles + bread with cheese.

    At first I wanted to:
-fry the steak, but I don't have anything to fry stuff.
-mix steak (with the preparation given earlier) and chicken, then fry the whole thing. But I don't really know how to do that yet... still have to think about it.

Ah Ok, anyway, your recipe sounds great, Ill put some crushed smoked bacon to the meat mix and some garlic. And maybe some fresh veggie in the sandwich for freshness and contrast.

Exciting breakfast, oatmeal with brown sugar and maple surple. Oh yes, and butter.
