^Your pic is week old. Hopefully food hasn't turned bad already

Is that baked inside a crust?

Ha no! Luckily I ate it fresh then! Just now I had the time to post it. It is not baked...the crab is boiled as a whole then the meat of the shell is removed and mixed with bread, mayonnaise, beer and spices and refilled into the shell for serving. The legs and pincers come separate and you get the meat out of them with a hammer and special fork.

Toasted Oat Bread > Hamburger bun > American Cheese > Bacon Weave > Cheddar Cheese > Quartered Hot Dog > Swiss Cheese > Spicy Hot Mustard/Mayo

Considered putting coleslaw on it too, but decided against it... I call it "The Murikan"... If you no longer see me post, I died from eating this.

Eh eh yes you right but it's thanks to my mother and both my grandmothers, they shared a lot of passion and culture about food .You further know that in our culture there's an obsessive attention to research the ingredients and preparations ,it's a cliche for some recipes , that homemade is far way better than every 5 stars restaurant .I think that's a deep peculiarity of the latin culture.
