I've never got used to Aussie bangers or snags. Theres just not enough fat or rusk in them. Spent ages looking for a butchers that did "English sausages" . Had some nice ones out Hahndorf way.
Anyway, right now its coffee and I might sneak out for a Curry pasty in a tick..

There are a couple of good English butchers here in Melbourne.

The do things like,, blood pudding (lovely), gammon,, haggis, and all manner of sausages from the UK.

PM me if you want their address.

BTW, I hate "snags" (got sawdust in them) ,, they were the "continetal" style of pork sausages.

Aussie Sapper, get some nice Croat ChevUps, the skinless snags. High in protein, low in fat - what more could you ask for?

Where did you get the tail from mate, local butcher? I can only find the little steaks in the shops.
