    yes sah. mildly stressfull day in the retail firearms industry...then a horrible 1 hour dinner with the family kinda set me in the turkey direction.

    My local chippie will do you a deep fried pizza with lovely deep fried chips mmmmmm you can even have the pizza battered!!! fine Scottish fair for a hot summers day!! and don't forget a pickled egg on the side.

    You are not far wrong there but as long as it s taken in moderation there are no problems. I had a deep fried white pudding with chips from the chippie on Sunday and it was lovely - wouldn't eat it every day though.

    good lord. if i ate that i think i would be able to feel the cholesterol caking up my arteries...

    pff...i've been eating rice, salads, lean meets(Fish, turkey, chicken), drinking tons of water lately...nothing ultra special..its getting boring too. but i have some weight requirements to meet...oi.

    only thing is...i haven't curtailed my drinking.

    Well as you can see from the post a pic of yourself it hasn't done me any harm and I am 46 years old - I still mountain climb, compete in ultra marathons etc. If you ensure your diet is varied, you eat in moderation and exercise you will get away with having the 'once or twice a week' pig out on lovely fat gaining, artery clogging lip smacking scoff!!

    I just ate (last night) at a BJ's Restaurant that opened near me. I had an angus sandwich with some of their own brew. That **** was yum yums!
